Most headphone plugs will be too short to reach the headphone jack when the battery case is being used. Therefore, we recommend using the audio jack extender that comes with this battery case when using headphones.

This battery case does not have data transfer capabilities. Please use Wi-Fi or the Lightning cable that came with your phone to transfer data between your iPhone and a computer.

The detachable top may be a little tighter when you reattach it after inserting your phone into the case.
