The Dimple is born of extravagant design from this lump of metal with the aid of 5-axis machining equipment. The bumper weighs a mere 17.5g. Whilst carefully protecting your iPhone, the product boasts lightweight, ultra thin characteristics that only Japanese technological strength can produce.

[Special coating techniques: you’d never guess it were metal]

In addition to the beautiful dimple finish, The Dimple has a unique feel unlike any metal. Secure, yet gentle, it feels comfortable in the hands and also has a surface that eliminates unsightly fingerprints. The secret of this feel lies in special electrolytic coating technology which can only be performed in a select number of plants, even in Japan. Through the use of a delicate molecular level surface treatment, the material gains non-slip properties, and when perspiration comes into contact with the surface, it immediately evaporates eliminating fingerprint marks.
